This website is operated by 1571 Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 1571 Studio. We offer this website, including all information, products, tools, and services available through it, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here or available through links on our website. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of the site.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, you should not access the website or use our services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have given permission for a minor dependent to use the website under your supervision.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws, including intellectual-property and copyright laws.

You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material through the website.

A violation of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit purchases when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, misuse of the website, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

Information you submit through the website may be transmitted across different networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment-card information is encrypted during transmission over networks.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, our products, product designs, photographs, written content, or services without our express written permission.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

1571 Studio creates premium 3D-printed home décor inspired by artistic and cultural design traditions. Our collections may include decorative trays, coasters, vases, lanterns, tissue-box covers, planters, sculptures, wall décor, gift sets, and other dimensional pieces.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, and prices accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and the materials used.

Because many of our products are produced through a layered 3D-printing process, minor layer lines, seams, surface variations, or slight dimensional differences may occur. These characteristics are part of the production method and do not necessarily indicate that an item is defective.

Decorative accessories, plants, flowers, candles, tissues, wine glasses, jewelry, food, furniture, and other staging items shown in product photographs are not included unless they are specifically listed under “What’s Included” in the product description.

Product measurements are approximate. Customers should review all stated dimensions before placing an order.

  1. MATERIALS, USE, AND PRODUCT CARE

Our products may be made from PLA, ASA, or other materials identified in the applicable product description.

Unless a product is specifically described as suitable for outdoor use, it is intended for indoor decorative use. PLA products should be kept away from high temperatures, open flames, direct heat sources, dishwashers, microwaves, and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight or moisture.

Products described as being made with UV-stable ASA may be suitable for outdoor or near-window placement, subject to the care instructions provided with the product.

Our decorative products are not toys and should be kept away from small children and pets when they contain small, detachable, sharp, or breakable components.

Lanterns, candleholders, and similar products should only be used as directed in the product listing. Do not place an open flame inside or near a 3D-printed product unless the listing expressly states that such use is safe. Battery-operated LED candles are recommended where applicable.

Customers are responsible for following the product-specific use and care instructions provided on the product page or with the order.

  1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be produced in limited quantities or made after an order is placed.

We may change, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice. We may also limit sales by customer, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that every item displayed on the website will remain available. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, issue a refund for the unavailable item, or cancel the affected portion of the order.

  1. PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, except when there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Prices do not necessarily include taxes, duties, customs charges, or other government-imposed fees unless stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes not collected at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, discount, or promotional errors and to cancel or adjust affected orders. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

  1. ORDER INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE

When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted after we confirm it and begin processing or production.

We may contact you if information is missing, inconsistent, or requires verification. Failure to provide requested information may delay production or result in cancellation.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including the selected product, design, size, color, quantity, personalization information, and shipping address, before submitting the order.

Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment processors.

We do not directly store complete payment-card information. Payment transactions are handled by the applicable payment provider and are subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or identified as potentially fraudulent, we may place the order on hold or cancel it.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare or produce an order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier transit time begins after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Free-shipping offers, when available, apply only under the conditions shown on the website or at checkout.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged-item claims, and order issues are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage so we can evaluate the issue.

Items must not be returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

The 1571 Studio name, branding, original product designs, 3D models, artwork, photographs, graphics, videos, descriptions, logos, collection concepts, and other website content are owned by or licensed to 1571 Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission to copy, reproduce, scan, manufacture, distribute, resell, or create derivative products based on that design.

You may not use our product photographs, descriptions, designs, or other content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

  1. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, comment, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant 1571 Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and adapt content voluntarily submitted to us for purposes such as operating, improving, or promoting our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
